  • Name of Printer
  • Printer Model Number
  • Ribbon Part Number
  • Length and Width of Ribbon
  • Approximate Number of Rolls

Sampling Program

Because many variables may affect print quality, we recommend that new customers try a sample ribbon prior to placing quantity orders. Samples will be furnished at no charge in 2", 4" or 6 ½" widths in 150 foot lengths for your evaluation.

Minimum Order Requirements

The minimum order for standard ribbons is one box per ribbon. Minimum order requirements also apply on color and non-standard sized ribbons.
